Due to their exclusive nature, quilts and personalized items, including wooden letters, cannot be returned.
Wooden Letters: Each letter is hand-painted with colors you specify, or original patterns and designs. Because there is the option of requesting specific colors or patterns or designs from the examples on our website, we cannot accept these custom-made items for return.
